The crown jewel of the Australian ninja calendar, the Ninja Challenge League Finals 2018, sponsored by VIVOBAREFOOT Australia & New Zealand, has ended, but if you missed any of the action, it was filmed and uploaded to our YouTube channel and so you don’t have to miss a thing.

With more than 50 interstate competitors, greater than 30 of Perth’s best ninjas and 11 international ninjas, this year’s Finals was the biggest and best yet.

The Finals consisted of three stages of competition over the course of the weekend, with no competitor reaching the fourth stage.

Competitors had to complete each stage within the designated time limits to progress to the next stage.

Stage One limit: 3:30.00
Stage Two limit: 6:30.00
Stage Three limit: No limit, but max 30 seconds rest between obstacles

The following prizes were on offer at the event for the top performers:

$5,000 for Total Victory
Not awarded at this event
Awarded to the competitor who successfully completes all obstacles in all stages of the Finals within the time limits. In the event that two or more athletes achieve this feat, the competitor who completes the final stage in the fastest time will be awarded the full prize. A competitor who wins Total Victory is ineligible for any other awards at the same event.
$1,250 for Last Ninja Standing
Won by Mat Redho from Malaysia
Awarded to the competitor who made it the furthest the fastest at the Finals without achieving Total Victory. The Last Ninja Standing is eligible for all other prizes at the event, with the exception of Total Victory.
$1,250 for Last Man Standing
Won by Mat Redho from Malaysia
Awarded to the competitor who made it furthest the fastest among male competitors at the Finals without achieving Total Victory.
$1,250 for Last Woman Standing
Won by Olivia Vivian from Perth, Australia
Awarded to the competitor who made it furthest the fastest among female competitors at the Finals without achieving Total Victory.

The top three men and women also received a pair of exercise shoes and everyday shoes from event sponsor VIVOBAREFOOT Australia & New Zealand.
